The Mineral County Commission serves as the governing body for Mineral County in West Virginia. Located on the third floor of the Mineral County Court House, the Commission is responsible for various legal proceedings, including the prosecution of state law violations and representation in county legal matters.

Duties of the Office
The Mineral County Commission carries out the following duties:
- Prosecute all violations of State Law, both felonies, and misdemeanors for adults and juveniles.
- Represent all State and County Offices in all legal proceedings within the county.
- Represent Petitioners in cases of child abuse and neglect.
- Represent Petitioners in all mental hygiene proceedings.
